Shipping Policy

Orders placed prior to 3 pm Pacific Standard Time between Monday and Friday will typically ship within 24 hours via UPS. Orders placed after this time, or on Saturday or Sunday will usually ship the following business day. Lead times may vary depending on available stock and shop workload.

The time it will take to receive your order will be dependent on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping rates are calculated live from UPS based on the weight and dimensions of your order.  You will incur one shipping charge per order.  If your order requires multiple shipments, that one shipping charge represents the total of all shipments for your one order.  A flat, $10 packaging and processing fee is added to the total shipping cost of all orders.

In special circumstances, we may need to modify shipping charges to account for limitations in our eCommerce checkout platform, or for orders that will require freight shipping.  In these cases, we will contact you by telephone or email prior to charging your credit card. 

Free, in-store pickup options are also available for customers placing orders within a 150-mile radius of Spokane, WA.
